A concert dedicated to the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia held in Moscow’s Red Square on June 13. Among the opera stars who took part in the concert, Aida Garifullina and Albina Shagimuratova.
For this special occasion, soprano Aida Garifullina has chosen two glamorous gowns from her favorite fashion designer Zuhair Murad. The first gown was an off-shoulder ball gown colored in desert rose squared shinning shapes from the Spring 2018 Haute Couture collection. Unmistakable Bulgari jewels from the Serpenti collection.
The second gown was a strapless princess dress with accentuated bodice rendered in red silk mikado featuring printed motifs in shimmering fabric from the Spring 2018 Haute Couture collection.
Russian soprano Albina Shagimuratova performed “Il dolce suono…” from Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor with a tulle gown with degrade sequin embroidery, V neckline and long illusion sleeves from Carolina Herrera. Earrings in Tahiti pearl and diamonds from Janna Borgee Design Studio.
For her second performance, Albina wore a custom made open-shoulder red fire silk satin evening gown with long train from Atelier Moscow.
