In the evening of January 3, the South African soprano Pretty Yende took part in The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Cbs. The star-soprano treats the audience with “Una voce poco fa” from Rossini’s Il Barbiere di Siviglia, her upcoming role at The Metropolitan Opera House. She was accompanied by Maestro Maurizio Benini and members of the Metropolitan Orchestra.
During the rehearsal, Pretty wore “Marlowe” dress by L.K. Bennet – London: equipped with a sweetheart neckline, scarlet hue and body-contouring silhouette, it will turn heads.
For the performance, the soprano has choose a dove beige sequin embroidery long dress.
