On February 28, the Metropolitan Opera House in New York opened the big stage to host the recital of one of its biggest opera stars: Anna Netrebko.
Accompanied by pianist Malcolm Martineau , the soprano donated to her applauding audience a program with songs by Rachmaninoff, Rimsky-Korsakov and Tchaikovsky.
In the first half of the recital, the primadonna wore an exquisite Naeem Khan sequined caftan gown perfect for the red carpet. Bohemian in its silhouette, yet elegant with it’s beading and playful with vertical stripes, it combines each of the elements we look for in a timeless piece. Jeweled headband on blacks and flowing hair.

The second gown was made by Pamella Roland: an aquamarine faille gown with double A-line skirt with sequins along the plunging neckline and the opening of the skirt. The Russian soprano appeared polished and impeccable without forsaking her sensuality and femininity!
